Your weekly insight is no longer a one-way message. You can now ask follow-up questions and have a real conversation about your training, right from the insight screen.

Conversational Insights

After reading your weekly insight, a text input appears at the bottom. Type any question about your training and TOMO answers in context, drawing on everything it knows about your week.

  • Up to 4 follow-up questions per weekly insight
  • Your questions and TOMO's answers are saved, so you can re-read them anytime
  • A counter shows how many questions you have left
  • Conversations always end with a reminder to bring your best questions to your real coach

Submission Quantity Editing

You can now adjust how many times you landed or got caught in a submission when editing a saved session. Each submission chip has minus and plus buttons to change the count, instead of only being able to add or remove entirely.

  • Green-tinted chips for submissions landed, red for got caught
  • Tap the minus or plus to adjust the count
  • Tap the X to remove a submission entirely

Why this matters: Training insights are most valuable when you can dig into what caught your attention. Maybe you want to understand why a certain technique keeps appearing, or ask what to focus on next week. Now you can ask, and TOMO answers with your full training history in mind.
